Martin Diessner
Martin Diessner has more than 10 year’s marketing experience, having worked for international corporations including DaimlerChrysler and adidas-Salomon AG. Prior to establishing Flip Media, he was CRM and Strategic Director of Business Development for one of the world’s largest advertising networks, BBDO. A graduate in International Finance and Marketing, Diessner also holds an MBA in Information Systems Technology.

Dinesh Lalvani
Dinesh graduated from Long Island’s Hofstra University, achieving a BA in International Business and had previously set up one of the first purely online software houses in India. As Managing Director of Activ8 Technologies, he led a team of 120 people and invented Intraflow CMS, a content management system that backed up news and sports Internet portals in India. In 2000, Dinesh moved to Dubai where he joined BBDO as Associated Creative Director for 2 years. Using the experience that he garnered in technology and design and with his background in fashion, print advertising and the web, establishing Flip Media was the natural next step.
Martin and Dinesh are both non-executive directors and act as advisors to the board of Flip Holding Ltd.
